◆ P-Ken (PC Skills Test Committee Secretariat) ◆
The PC Skills Test (called P-Ken) is designed for all
aspects of computer use by end users. P-Ken objectively
judges and certifies rank based on knowledge related to
PCs, operational ability and moral issues related to information
use.
There are 8 ranks from Level 6 to Level 1. Level 6 is
available on the web or CD-ROM free of charge. Level 5
and Level 4-Standard are paper only tests, but Level 1
requires a short written article to be submitted, as well
as an interview. The other levels are tested on a computer.
This test began in December, 1996 and the number of tests
takes as of the end of fiscal 2001 had surpassed 250,000.
The test uses the concepts: fairness, impartiality and
neutrality. We operate under the idea that “anyone can
take the test” and “we set easy to understand standards.”

The e-Learning division, as a content aggregator, is focused
on providing content related solutions. To us this means:
assembling content from the e-Learning content developer,
the content holder, and, evaluating and selection assistance
(judgment). This division expands the network over which
content can flow and that means bridging the gap between
the content holder and the receiver of the educational
material.

(LiveCreator Ver. 3)
With the same ease as a word processor, this authoring
tool that Reile developed and sells allows you to
produce e-Learning content with pictures, video,
voice, etc. The content produced conforms to the
international standard SCORM so that the content
produced can run on any SCORM compatible LMS (learning
management system).
LiveCreator Ver.3 was awarded "The software product of the year 2002" (sponsorship Software Information Center). The reasons for an award are easy operativity, the interface which is easy to understand intuitively, and SCORM correspondence.

software and training on how to make simple content.
